The Expo center rehabilitation project is one of our first IPD projects for the City of Edmonton. We are proud to be leading members on the inaugural city IPD project. We will be replacing the aged mechanical systems, electrical systems, and roof systems throughout the 42-year-old areas of the building. On top of it all (literally) will be the largest rooftop solar array in Canda at 2.8 MW in size. The Expo Epic team includes The City of Edmonton, Eco Ammo, ACI Architects, Arc Studios, Delnor, SMP, Engspire, Cima+, Icon, Collins, and AltaPro.

Canada Games Aquatic Center needed a facelift and the town of Kamloops wisely chose to use the IPD model to do it. The team replaced distribution, lighting, paging and various other electrical equipment, pool equipment, mechanical equipment, renovated the pool area and validated designs for future expansion and renovation of the facility. This was another one of our IPD Projects that was completed through the peak of Covid- 19 pandemic yet the team was able to keep that in stride and mitigate multiple risks to keep the project on time and under budget.

St Pat’s project was a unique addition and modernization of the entire school all while managing the construction in conjunction with an occupied school of elementary students. The team worked hard to mitigate most of the risks that typically come along with a renovation and brought the project in under budget and ahead of schedule. This included a 124kw rooftop array and a 16 KW dual axis motorized solar tracker that has amazing production values. Partnering for this project with RDCRS, Chandos, Group2.
